    I'm just about to graduate from college and lately have been experiencing tremendous amounts of anxiety. It's mostly related to making the right decisions about my life and whether I'll find someone to marry who is right for me. The responsibility of starting a life on my own is overwhelming. Sometimes the anxiety is so great, I can't go to sleep. Someone recommended smoking a joint to calm me down, but I'm wondering if there is anything in yoga that might help?
